Terms & Conditions – Service Fee Policy

At EduBridge Abroad, we aim to provide transparent and honest communication throughout your journey of studying abroad. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Service Fees

Any fee paid to EduBridge Abroad, other than the actual tuition fee payable directly to the university or college, is considered a service fee and is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Counseling & consultation charges
• Admission processing and documentation support
• SOP/LOR writing assistance
• Visa filing and document preparation
• Post-landing assistance or coordination charges

These fees are for services already rendered or initiated and are clearly explained and acknowledged during the counseling session.

2. Payment Confirmation and Acknowledgment

By making payment for any of our services, you:

• Confirm that you have understood the purpose and scope of the service
• Acknowledge that the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of visa approval, university acceptance, or personal circumstances
• Agree that you have received or will receive support as per the agreed package or service

3. Tuition Fee Disclaimer

EduBridge Abroad does not collect tuition fees on behalf of any university or college unless explicitly authorized in writing. Tuition fee refunds (if any) are strictly governed by the institution's refund policy and must be claimed directly through them.

4. Disputes and Clarifications

In case of any concerns or misunderstandings regarding the fees, clients are advised to raise them at the time of consultation or before making the payment. Once payment is made, no requests for refund or waiver will be entertained.
